How does it work?
Select a startup you like
Access the deal presentation and all fundraising documents (pitch deck, videos, business plan...). Depending on projects, you can even ask founders questions during a live pitch or on our private forum.
Invest starting from €500
You have 15 days to submit your non-binding investment commitment. In the event of oversubscription, Blast has developed an algorithm to fairly allocate allocations. You can also use a priority token to guarantee your allocation.
Let us handle the formalities
Once your investment is approved, our legal department transfers the funds to a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) created for the deal, which then deploys the capital into the startup. We manage everything from signing the legal documentation to maintaining the cap table. Sit back and relax.
