We use the personal data we collect, in particular, to:
- to execute contracts concluded between you and us and to provide you with the requested information and services;

3. Where do we store your personal data?
As a general rule, we store personal data in our database located in France (with OVH), which is notably the case for your registration information and your activity on our site.
However, insofar as, for example, some of our service providers (notably: Mailchimp for emailing campaigns, Fintecture, SWAN, Swipe, or LemonWay for online payments) are located in countries outside the European Union ("third countries"), we transfer some personal data to third countries.
This may particularly be the case for third countries for which the European Commission has not made an "adequate protection" decision. In such a case, we ensure that this transfer is carried out in compliance with applicable regulations and guarantees a sufficient level of protection for individuals' privacy and fundamental rights (notably through the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
4. What are your rights and how can you exercise them?
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have various rights, namely:
- Right of access: you can obtain information regarding the processing of your personal data, as well as a copy of this personal data.
- Right to rectification: if you believe your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request that this personal data be amended accordingly.
- Right to restriction of processing: you can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
- Right to erasure: you can request the erasure of your personal data.
- Right to object: you can object to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your particular situation. You have the absolute right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling related to direct marketing.
- Right to withdraw your consent: if you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
- Right to data portability: when this right is applicable, you have the right to have the personal data you have provided to us returned to you or, where technically feasible, transferred to a third party.
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, such as the CNIL (French National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties) in France.
5. Security
Blast is committed to doing everything in its power to ensure the security of your personal data.
We have implemented reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, or unauthorized access to such data.
However, you should keep in mind that the internet is an open system, and we cannot guarantee that no unauthorized third party will ever be able to circumvent these measures or use your personal data for inappropriate purposes.
