No Risk Coverage

Investing in a crowdfunding project involves risks, including the risk of partial or total loss of the invested capital.

Your investment is not covered by deposit guarantee schemes established in accordance with Directive 2014/49/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Your investment is also not covered by investor compensation schemes established in accordance with Directive 97/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (point 22).

You may receive no return on your investment.

This is not a savings product, and we advise you not to invest more than 10% of your net worth in crowdfunding projects.

You may not be able to sell investment instruments when you wish. If you are able to sell them, you may still incur losses.

Conflict of Interest Management

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Blast company has established a conflict of interest management procedure. Blast company has no involvement in any crowdfunding offering on its platform.

Blast company does not accept any of the following persons as project owners in connection with crowdfunding services on its crowdfunding platform:

a) its partners holding 20% or more of the share capital or voting rights;

b) its directors or employees;

c) any natural or legal person related to these partners, directors, or employees by a control relationship within the meaning of Article 4(1), point (35)(b), of Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Internal procedures have been implemented by BLAST to ensure compliance with these rules.
